Hi, I’m Owen Morgan.

Self-Awareness & Wellbeing Coach.


My passion is supporting people to explore how self-awareness, self-compassion & understanding their body and mind can boost their wellbeing and improve their life as a whole. My approach is informed by the nervous system, somatic awareness, trauma healing and neuroscience.

I have worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist for 10 years. I am qualified in Life Coaching (Level 4) and completed courses in 'ACT' for beginners and Trauma Focused 'ACT' (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).​

I am currently attending Dan Siegel's Comprehensive Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) Course (6 months). ​

I am fully insured and engage in peer to peer support whilst doing continued professional development each year.
